Our offices will remain closed to external visitors during the Victorian lockdown.

We remain operational and will continue to deliver services in this challenging COVID-19 environment. 

 

If there is an urgent situation outside of normal hours please call Lifeline on 13 11 14 – choose option ‘2’ for an interpreter.

Our core commitments are:  

  • To keep delivering high-quality services to our clients and their communities  
  • To continue delivering our suite of programs by utilising innovative modalities and resources  
  • To safeguard the health and wellbeing of our staff  
  • To contribute to the wider community effort in reducing the transmission rate of COVID-19.  

Services for clients 

We are delivering counselling and advocacy services, mostly by phone and videoconference. When essential and safe to do so, we are also conducting face-to-face sessions in line with governmental advice for mental health services.
